Werecurrently hiring a full-timeLicensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)to provide virtual outpatient therapy foradult patientsthrough one of our trustedKansas-based partners.
What Youll Do
As part of a collaborative well-supported care teamyoull:
Conductcomprehensiveinitialevaluationsandestablishinitial treatment plans.
Providebothindividualand familytherapy topatients(primarilyages18 but includes lifespan) withdiagnosesincludinggeneral mental health SMI
Collaborate with a wide network of support including psychiatry crisis services peer support case managers and more.
More About the Role
Setting:100% Remote outpatientclinicbased out ofKansas
Schedule:MondayFriday40hrs/wkwith 3 days being after 5pm CSTrequired
Appointments:60-90minutesforinitialevaluations30-60minutesfor follow-up appointments
Administrativetime:1-2 hours per week
Caseload:6-8 clients scheduled per day

Qualifications:
Proven experience in providingtherapy servicesas an independentlylicensedLicensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker(LSCSW)
ActiveKansa LSCSWlicenserequired
Full-time availability (40hoursper week) duringCSThours
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred (familiaritywithSmartCareis a plus!)
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
