Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a Inventory Analyst for our Coppell facility.

This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining and controlling inventory levels within the Production Tech Support department. The Inventory Analyst must build a strong relationship with Production Operations Finance and our Vendors. Reports to Supervisor Production Tech Support.

Responsibilities:

Control and maintain inventory levels for Production Tech Support.
Work closely with the team to ensure inventory is available for releases as needed.
Work with Finance and Billing on any invoice discrepancies.
Ensure we do not have too much inventory and most importantly do not run out.
Checks the quality of the inventory
Your daily duties may include writing inventory reports performing cycle counts and determining periodic asset valuations
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridges policies

Qualifications:

High School or equivalent or Technical/Trade School
0-1 years experience within a high volume production environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Functional/technical skills
Attention to detail
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to take direction and to work under pressure due to time constraints as necessary

Shift: Monday Friday 6:00 AM -2:30 PM non-peak hours / Monday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM peak hours

Hourly Rate: $17.00 $18.00 USD per hour depending on experience Bonus Eligible
