Senior / Top-Performing Service Advisor (HighCSI Focus)
About Us
We are a brand newKia dealership in the fast-growing city of Southaven Mississippi operating out of a newly built state-of-the-art facility. Our service department was designed intentionallyfor efficiency comfort and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a proven high-performing Service Advisor who consistently delivers exceptional CSI scores builds trust with customers and takes pride in doing things the right way the first time. This is an opportunity to help set the standard for our reputation in the community and within our brand.
What Youll Do
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from write-up to delivery
Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
Write accurate detailed repair orders and present recommendations clearly and confidently
Ethically sell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Act as the communication bridge between customers technicians and management
Proactively update customers on repair status timelines and costs
Review completed repair orders for accuracy and quality before delivery
Resolve customer concerns professionally to protect CSI and retention
Follow and help refine dealership service processes- you have a voice here!
What Were Looking For
3 years of proven success as a dealership Service Advisor
Documented high CSI scores and strong customer retention
Strong sales performance without sacrificing trust or transparency
Excellent communication organization and follow-up skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-expectation environment
