THE ROLE:

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Associate Visual Design to join our innovative creative this role you will be the guardian of our clients brand aesthetic ensuring that every touchpoint from digital interfaces to marketing campaigns is visually stunning cohesive and impactful.

As an Associate Visual Designer you will bridge the gap between pure art and functional design. Youll work under the guidance of senior creatives to execute high-quality assets while learning how to scale various brands visual identity across multiple channels.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of talented people.
• Create high-fidelity visual assets including social media graphics email templates presentation decks and website components.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all projects to ensure a consistent look and feel.
• Support the creation of custom icons illustrations and UI elements that enhance the user experience.
• Build polished presentations in Figma/Google Docs and deliver precise developer-ready asset kits and documentation.
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets ensuring files are properly versioned and accessible to the broader team.
• Prepare design files for handoff to developers or vendors ensuring all technical specifications (resolution color profiles etc.) are met.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 1 years of experience in an agency environment Bachelors degree in Design (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
• Deep knowledge of visual design digital interactive brand design and typography.
• Ability to build high-quality presentations and confidently articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

• You will have to communicate with your team members abroad therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
