The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of Rubicon Landscape Services. This role supports core business functions including accounts receivable and payable contract administration purchasing Time Entry review office coordination and communications. The Administrative Assistant also contributes to organizational visibility through social media and web content and assists with the preparation of reports and presentations.
