Job Summary

We are looking for an Azure DevOps (ADO) Specialist to join our Systems and Platform team in R&D. in this role you will enable agile delivery optimize ADO processes and support our SAFe-based development setup across hardware mechanical acoustic and software domains.

The team you will be part of:

The Systems & Platform team owns and advances R&Ds high-level processes and systems. These activities coverselection andadministration of R&D systemssupportagile development process steer GNs enterprise productcyber security initiatives and participatein selectionconfigurationand implementation ofGNs newPLM continuously improve our systems and data foundation to support innovation Eco System Partnerships Automation and AI.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

Configuremaintain andoptimizeAzure DevOps (ADO) to supportSAFedevelopment teams.
Ensure ADOand associated tools effectivelyfacilitateagile ceremonies (PI Planning Sprint Planning and Retrospectives).
Collaboration with theVMOto develop and implement dashboards workflows and reports to improve transparency and performance.
Work with R&Dand IT toidentifyprocess improvements and automation opportunities.
Train and mentor team members in effective ADO use within theSAFeframework.
Ensure compliance withorganizationalstandards and security requirements.
Support integration with other tools and systems as needed.
Build andmainclose relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable innovative and efficient processes and solutions.

This role requires 5-10travel daysper year. More travel days are optional but not a requirement.

To perform well in this role we imagine that you have:

Experience in R&D or high-tech environments working cross-functionally with stakeholders in R&D IT and Product Management.
Experience with systems anddata managementin similar roles.
Deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices and SAFecertifications ().
Significant experience managing Azure DevOps in a complex agile setup
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines cloud services and integration tools.
Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with process automation scripting andcustomizationin ADO (e.g. Python).
Ability to coach teams in agile and DevOps best practices
Experience in implementing organizational change management for improvement benefits
Fluency in English written and spoken
