Position Overview:
The Tech and Training Team Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the mission of the Workforce Services Division by leading a team of business analysts in translating organizational needs into effective IT solutions overseeing critical business process analyses and coordinating system development efforts. This supervisory position ensures projects such as EmployMT and WOTC are delivered efficiently by prioritizing technical enhancements guiding process improvements and fostering cross-team collaboration to maximize system effectiveness. The supervisors expertise in managing continuous improvement and aligning technical initiatives with division goals is essential to maintaining high-quality workforce program outcomes for Montanans.
