Job Summary

The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead end to end technical projects from planning through execution overseeing engineers and technical resources while ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and to quality standards. This role serves as the bridge between clients engineers vendors and internal leadership translating technical designs into clear execution plans.

The ideal candidate is a hands on leader with a strong technical foundation who can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You will guide engineers through solution design and implementation manage timelines and resources communicate proactively with clients and ensure documentation and performance metrics are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities:

Lead day to day operations of technical project teams managing workload and priorities

Provide leadership coaching and accountability to engineers and technical staff

Plan project timelines resource allocation and capacity forecasting

Translate technical designs into clear implementation plans and deliverables

Manage full project lifecycles from kickoff through completion

Oversee IT migrations and infrastructure implementations

Communicate proactively with clients vendors and internal leadership

Identify and mitigate project risks issues and scope changes

Ensure all project documentation SOWs diagrams and records are maintained

Track department metrics timelines and performance indicators

Qualifications:

4 years of experience managing IT or technical implementation projects

Prior experience leading or managing engineers or technical teams

Strong understanding of IT fundamentals including Microsoft 365 Azure networking endpoints and security

Excellent client facing communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage scope timelines and multiple deadlines

Strong problem solving and leadership abilities

Preferred:

MSP experience

Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations or Azure projects

Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar PSA platforms

PMP CSM or similar certifications
