About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to own the in-store retail experience at the Auckland location. Youll greet customers guide them through product selections handle transactions manage store operations and maintain a clean professional environment. Youll also manage the retail email inbox providing timely and helpful responses to enquiries.
Reporting directly to the General Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily sales transactions and till operations
- Recommending drones cameras accessories and services
- Maintaining a clean well-presented and merchandised store
- Creating a warm professional in-store experience for every customer
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and assisting with calls as needed
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in tech drones or photography and willingness to learn
- A reliable and self-motivated approach able to work independently
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment
