As part of the eConnectivity team the FI eSales team is in charge of promoting the banks Fixed Income capabilities to our clients. This role includes but is not limited to the responsibilities outlined below.
About the job:
Collaborate with in-line managers in defining and implementing the e-commerce strategy and working plan to meet internal & external customer needs and demands.
Participate in the implementation of the GSS High-Touch / Low-Touch strategy providing active coverage of selected DM Credit accounts and other Fixed Income clients.
Interact permanently with clients and attend periodic visits together with other Global Markets team acting as an electronic specialist expert
Participate in the definition implementation and promotion of the Digital Business Development initiatives and innovations to facilitate the growth of the Digital Business in the EM Flow Macro and DM Flow Value Chain.
Manage relationships with third-party electronic platforms acting as the first point of contact for Sales related topics.
Monitor elaborate and distribute periodic and ad-hoc reports based on the clients electronic platform activity.
Collaborate with the Trading and Sales teams in order to establish the adequate parameters for each client in the electronic platforms (spreads prices etc.).
Coordinate with the FI eCommerce support teams the clients on-boarding in the different internal and external platforms.
Inform other GM desks and Global Client Coverage teams of any product or functionality development in the platforms.
Qualifications:
At least 3Y experience
Knowledge of electronic platforms: Bloomberg Tradeweb MarketAxess.
Knowledge of FI products - Credit being an advantage.
English - Essential
Spanish is a plus
