As a Production Line Team Leader youll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient safe and high-quality operations that meet customer expectations and drive innovation. How Youll Make an Impact
- Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
- Oversee production scheduling to align with demand plans and inventory levels.
- Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities.
- Ensure timely execution of production processes and on-time delivery.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing performance improvements.
- Resolve critical product or equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Guide motivate and develop team members to achieve goals.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in engineering business or related field.
- 25 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g. Kronos).
- Knowledge of workforce management and resource optimization.
