Job Summary
Your mission
Community Building & Member Experience
- Build manage and grow our Ambassador & Catalyst Network end-to-end: from recruiting and onboarding to activation and alumni engagement across multiple Circles (e.g. academic entrepreneurial investment).
- Ensure high ambassador & catalyst satisfaction through proactive communication relationship-building and hands-on support.
- Represent iF visibly and authentically in the regional innovation ecosystem (events meetups university activities).
- Plan and execute community events meetups and recurring touchpoints that strengthen engagement in close collaboration with our program and event teams.
- Run scalable community operations across platforms and tools (e.g. MS Teams/WhatsApp/Notion) newsletters and CRM workflows.
- Maintain and continuously improve community materials (onboarding playbooks toolkits knowledge base).
- Track engagement KPIs gather insights and report continuously to improve community quality retention and outcomes.
Your profile
What matters most to us
- Experience building ambassador volunteer or alumni networks (recruiting activation retention).
- Confidence in setting up managing and running daily operations on community platforms (e.g. MS Teams WhatsApp).
- Knowledge about CRM and automation basics
- Strong organizational and process-building mindset.
- Excellent communicator: clear engaging and energetic.
- A true host mindset: you genuinely enjoy bringing people together and making them feel seen.
- High empathy and strong relationship-building ability.
Basic KPI tracking/reporting experience (e.g. engagement funnels cohort health retention signals).
