EIPS is recruiting new Bachelor of Education graduates for the Substitute Teacher List for the 2024-2025 school year.

Open to: Internal and External candidatesgraduating fromaBachelor of Education programin the Winter of 2024-25. Other graduating classes are permitted to apply.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Education
Must be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate
Effective organization and classroom management skills
Ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe supported and challenged
Excellent verbal and written skills
Experience or familiarity analyzing data and using data to inform decision and/or instruction
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice
Relentless drive to set and achieve personal and professional goals
