About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for aTemporary Full-time Project Management Lead - Quality Management Systemto join our dynamic Quality Management System (QMS) team.
The QMS team provides leadership in advancing and maturing our quality management system enabling the organization through effective efficient and timely services as well as subject-matter expertise in quality and regulatory matters
In this role you will report to the Associate Director Quality Improvement and serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders quality teams and operational units to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with established quality standards. You will lead and manage quality improvement projects from initiation through completion monitoring progress preparing reports and communicating updates to leadership and key stakeholders as required.
You will also support efficiency improvements within established QMS processes leveraging your strong understanding of applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as defined by regulatory bodies. Your expertise in the theory and application of Design Control and Project Management Life Cycle will be critical to effectively integrating these principles within the Quality Management System.
