The Senior Development Analyst is responsible for supervising/managing the Development Analyst and feasibility team supporting the Development department and for all development reporting activities in the hub. He/She works closely with all members of the development team to ensure that internal procedures with regards to development are adhered to.
Responsibilities
Provide development reports and other requested information about development projects to the Accor Dev and central teams
Update brand presentations brochures and all other development documents and collaterals for the developers
Update and issue the development reports
Administrate the development databases (Wemax and Megadev)
Update internal reporting tools & templates for development projects
Prepare presentations and financial projections
Conduct market research
Work on other tasks to support the regional development team in a flexible manner in order to achieve its common goal
Handle development project approval processes and ensure that all internal processes with regards to development are adhered to
Supervise the Development Analyst and ensure the deliverables are produced up to the quality expectations in a timely manner
Qualifications :
Domain Expertise
Degree in Finance Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Majors in Accounting Finance or Hospitality Management
Proven experience in the development world
Individual Skills
Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
Strong analytical skills to guide the team to the right decisions as quickly as possible
Highly focused and precise with a strong emphasis for salient points
Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute to a team as well zs
Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
Ability to work in a multicultural organization
