Your job as a Program Security Administrator will entail working to assist individuals with all onboarding activities and answering any questions they might have about the process.
You will be required to be onboarded to a federal contract and agree to a federal background investigation to perform this work.
You will work independently but also work as part of a larger processing team to maximize the number of people moving through the onboarding process.
This is a high-energy high-visibility team and you must be comfortable adapting to change.
Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills are crucial as are strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and clients.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelors degree or applicable work experience
3-5 years relevant work experience
Favorable adjudication of a Public Trust Background Investigation or alternate US Government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to client contractual requirements this position requires you to be a US citizen
Job responsibilities include assisting personnel with:
All paperwork and associated process management to onboard and sustainpersonnel to support a federal contract with Public Trust requirements
Contractually requiredtrainings
Fingerprinting scheduling and tracking
As well as:
Preparing packages for submitting people to the Indian Health Service (IHS)for background investigations
Monitoring and managing multiple E-mail communication threads internally and with IHS
Monitoring and managing multiple support queue tickets
