职责描述:
1区域销售计划执行和临床技术支持
根据区域实际情况制定并执行销售计划积极扩展产品的销售
独立负责给区域内的客户提供专业的临床技术支持
参加学习行业内专业培训和学术推广活动
2重点客户的管理
对已有客户进行定期拜访维护原有客户关系协调处理与客户的信息沟通
建立和维护与重点客户良好的合作关系以促进业务的持续增长
发展与KOL的良好沟通开拓大客户业务有效传播公司的品牌与专业教育理念
3经销商的管理
建立符合业务发展的渠道网络对经销商进行专业能力和商业能力的赋能定期评估经销商绩效表现并制定行动计划
任职资格
1统招本科以上学历临床医学或医药相关专业优先专业不限
2两年以上医药/器材相关行业销售经验
3具备一年以上经销商管理的经验
4具有独立开展业务的能力和学习能力良好的职业操守沟通技巧通和团队意识
5具有勤奋坚韧踏实能干积极向上的人格品质
