GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
As an MRF Supervisor with us the minimum responsibilities are:
Monitor daily operations adjust staffing and reassign employees as needed.
Develop and execute safety goals to keep our team and community safe.
Review and resolve customer concerns related to post-collection programs.
Lead performance reviews and coaching conversations.
Set short- and long-term goals for transfer stations and execute action plans.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance.
2 years of leadership experience in a dynamic people-driven environment.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge with conveyors and bearings
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and business systems.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
