Je bent een analytische denker met een passie voor vastgoed en data. Je ziet patronen waar anderen cijfers zien en vertaalt complexe marktdynamiek naar heldere strategische inzichten. Met jouw internationale mindset en ESG-focus help je klanten navigeren door de transformerende vastgoedmarkt van vandaag.

Wat ga je doen

Als Research Analyst in ons Nederlandse Research & Strategy team speel je een cruciale rol in het vormgeven van marktkennis en strategische adviezen. Je werkt nauw samen met lokale en internationale collegas om trends te identificeren die de vastgoedmarkt van morgen bepalen. Jouw inzichten komen direct ten goede aan klantrapportages terwijl je collegas helpt deze trends te vertalen naar concrete business kansen en strategische adviezen.

Jouw impact:

• Marktleiderschap: Ontwikkel trendsettende onderzoeksrapporten die het vakgebied inspireren en de media halen
• Data-gedreven inzichten: Transformeer complexe datasets naar visuele verhalen met GIS/BI-tools en financiële modellen
• Internationale samenwerking: Partner met collegas wereldwijd voor cross-border analyses en benchmarking

Denk aan onderzoek naar hybride werken logistieke hotspots woningmarkttransities of retailtransformatie.

Dagelijkse werkzaamheden:

• Ondersteunen van lokale JLL teams bij pitches klantrapportages en het vertalen van data naar strategische inzichten
• Uitvoeren van diepgaande markt- en sectoranalyses (kantoren retail logistiek woningmarkt)
• Ontwikkelen van innovatieve onderzoeksmethodologieën en -tools
• Opstellen van (kwartaal)rapporten whitepapers en thought leadership content
• Onderhouden van strategische databases en datavisualisaties

Wat breng je mee

Vereisten:

• Opleiding: Master in Vastgoed Economie Financiën Geografie Data Science of aanverwant
• Analytisch vermogen: Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel statistiek en datavisualisatie
• Communicatie: Helder schrijven en presenteren in Nederlands en Engels
  

Grote pluspunten:

• Tech-savvy: Ervaring met GIS (ArcGIS) BI-tools (Power BI/Tableau) Python/R
• Financiële achtergrond: Begrip van vastgoedwaardering en investeringsanalyse
• Vastgoedervaring: Tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in onderzoek consultancy of finance (stages en scriptieonderzoek tellen mee - recent afgestudeerden zijn zeker welkom!)
• Innovatieve mindset: Enthousiasme voor technologie en digitale transformatie
