The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic hands-on leader responsible for designing and executing a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business goals and drives long-term organizational growth.DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESinclude but not limited to:
Lead enterprise-widetalent acquisition efforts to ensure alignment with long-term business goalsand market competitiveness
Formulate and implemententerprise widestrategic hiring plans to secure top talent andlevels anddevelop talent strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles aligning short-term hiring with long-term workforce planning and organizational growthobjectives.
Mentor develop and lead the recruitment team by setting clearobjectivesassigningresponsibilities based onsiteor regional needs to ensureappropriate coverageand resource alignment and fostering a high-performance culture
Oversee full-cycle recruitment operations to ensure consistency compliance and operational excellence andown SharedServicesfull cycle recruitment efforts. Supportsite regional and functionaloverflow as needed
Develop andmonitorrecruitment KPIs (e.g. time-to-fill cost-per-hire) to track performance and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with senior leadership HR and department heads to forecast talent needs refine role-specific strategies and support succession and organizational planning
Manage third-party vendor relationships and recruitment partnerships to extend talent reach andimprove cost efficiency
Leverageworkforce analytics and recruitment metrics toinform recruitment strategy measure performance and drive accountability
Lead the management and continuous optimization of Workday Recruitingand recruiting technologies ensuring the system supports scalable compliant and data-driven talent acquisition processes across the enterprise. Partner with HRIS IT and key stakeholders to enhance functionality improve user experience and align with evolving business needs
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
Manage the recruitment budget andallocateresources to maximize ROI and cost-efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Required Experience
Bachelors degree in human resourcesor related fieldor equivalent combination of education and experience.
Human Resource certification (SHRM-SCP SHRM-CP SPHR PHRCHRL orCHRP) preferred
Eightor more years of talent acquisition experience with deep knowledge of cross-industry and multi-level hiring
Experience with corporate-level recruitment strategy development is essential
Skills Required
Advancedproficiencyin Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) MS Office sourcing tools andadvancedrecruitment analytics
Strong knowledge of recruitment trends labor laws immigration best practices and industry benchmarks
Effective in building employer brandoptimizingrecruitment operationsandprocess improvementsacross global or enterprise environments
Skilled in team leadership performance coaching project managementandworkforce planning
Strong ability to develop strategic partnerships and influence senior leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment and reporting
Working Environment & Physical Demands
This hybrid role may involve occasional travel and on-site work. Employees will sit stand walk reach and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. Vision for computer work and the ability to multitask are required. PPE may be needed on-site. Office or business casual attire is appropriate.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $130000-$170000 USD per -time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience education location and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire schedule type and hours worked.
