What Youll Do

Perform all aspects of residential carpentry on custom homes and renovations
Work closely with a tight-knit experienced team that values precision and accountability
Execute work that meets our high standards for quality detail and finish
Maintain a clean organized and professional job site

What Were Looking For

Proven carpentry experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid NJ drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
