From Berlin to London Vienna to Amsterdam we operate in 200 cities across Europe providing thousands of riders with bikes built for work not for show.
Our mission is simple: make last-mile delivery more reliable affordable and sustainable one ride at a time. With every bike we deploy were helping build the backbone of smarter greener cities.

Your Mission
- E-bike maintenance: You take care of our e-bikes and ensure that they are always in good checks are part of your daily routine.
- Finding and rectifying faults: With your trained eye you quickly recognize where the shoe pinches. You dont just repair things you also like to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
- Spare parts under control:You keep track of our spare parts warehouse and reorder what is needed. So you are prepared for all eventualities.
- Your own fleet: You take responsibility for a group of e-bikes - from the first inspection to the last screw.#
- On the road for CYCLE:Every now and then youll go out to our partners. There you will look after the e-bikes directly on site.
- Customer contact:You listen to our customers and actively ask whether they are satisfied with our service. Your goal: happy customers!
Your skills and qualifications
- Experience:Have you ever worked on bicycles or e-bikes Great! Whether professionally or as a hobby - the main thing is that you know your way around a in electronics mechanics or similar areas is great but not a must.
- Bicycle fan:You not only like bicycles and e-bikes for riding but also find it exciting to learn how they work and how to repair them.
- Strong communication skills:You can explain complex technical issues in a simple and understandable way and enjoy approaching people.
- Service orientation:Customer service is in your blood. You are solution-oriented and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- Organizational talent: You keep track of upcoming repairs and can set priorities wisely.
- Language:You are fluent in English or German. If you can do both - all the better!
- A class B drivers license is a must.
