What Youll Be Doing:

• Maintain and adhere to contractual required posted cleaning schedule.
• Empty all trash receptacles daily more frequently if required.
• Display appropriate warning signs for wet surfaces.
• Ensure the Supply and Property Manager is informed or any products that need to be replenished when less than a weeks supply are available on hand.
• Moderately heavy physical effort is required in handling weights up to 50 pounds and averaging 30 pounds.
• Ensure restrooms are properly stocked with paper and soap products at all times.
• Ensure the Safety Manger or Supply and Property Manager are informed immediately of any Safety or Health concerns discovered during the course of daily duties.
• Adhere to all corporate core values policies and procedures in the execution of all responsibilities.
• Must be able to work effectively with co-workers in a professional manner at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum: One (1) year experience in a custodial position.
• Familiar with the operation of general custodial equipment.
• Ability to operate a high-speed floor buffer. A valid state drivers license is preferred but not required.
