Principais atividades:
- Cadastrar e atualizar os dados de projetos de produtos em ferramenta interna de acompanhamento;
- Receber e validar informações de diferentes áreas a cada fase dos projetos garantindo coerência consistência e conformidade com os critérios de estabelecidos para a fase;
- Elaborar relatórios gerenciais em Excel e/ou Power BI para acompanhamento de status performance e processos;
- Administrar as amostras de produtos incluindo controle de entrada e saída organização e envio de itens no Brasil e exterior;
- Gerenciar requisições de pagamentos relacionadas à área de Produtos.
Requisitos:
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração Engenharia Marketing ou áreas afins;
- Excel avançado;
- Conhecimento em BI;
- Inglês avançado (desejável);
- Disponibilidade para atuação em teletrabalho e fácil acesso a Porto Alegre/RS.
