Job Summary
About the Role
As a Lead Gardener youll be responsible for ensuring our clients standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded. We are seeking a skilled experienced and motivated Lead Gardener to work on various locations and be part of a passionate team.
Responsibilities
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities including planting hedging weeding pruning and fertilising.
- Provide guidance mentorship and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition identify improvements needed and implement corrective actions.
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences address concerns and provide updates on maintenance activities.
About You
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens OR minimum 3 years hands on experience in a similar role
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- White Card
- Valid Drivers license (Manual preferred)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
