Job Summary

DARLINGS in Newport is looking for a full-time Service Assistant to work with our service writers in achieving a productive workflow while enhancing the customer experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

- Dispatching work to technicians

- Assisting in service writer duties

- Interacting with customers

- Exceptional communication skills knowing how to connect with both employees and customers

- Master at multi-tasking

- A courteous and positive attitude is a must

- Auto industry experience is preferred but not required
