The Position
As our Process Engineer you will be responsible for the operation development and optimization of the production of polyamide. This role will not only provide technical expertise in polymer polymerization but also help bridge the gap from research to manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities
- OEE performance assessment analysis and enhancement
- Process control management Recipe Sequence maintenance and modification.
- Practical design and development of polymer processes and manufacturing equipment to fulfill business objectives for product development.
- Support manufacturing assets improvement activities including but not limited to development of design basis and support manufacturing trials.
- Develop documents specifications protocols production procedures batch records work instructions and test procedures.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
Requirements- MS degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Polymer Science and Engineering Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years relevant experiences in a chemical site.
- Fundamental skills in English writing reading and communication.
- Knowledge of Statistics and Office Software Applications.
- Experience with current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) validation and verification requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and exercise appropriate judgment under general direction.
