THE POSITION :

General Handyperson duties
Responding to service requests for building maintenance
Understand the scope of work required and execute
Adhere to health safety and security procedures

THE PERSON:

Team player with the ability to work autonomously
High level attention to detail with strong time management
Excellent client relationship skills
Relevant technical or trade qualification
