Job Summary

AC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Lead Responsibilities on Dashboard Documentation Requirement Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business users SMEs and stakeholders to collect reporting and dashboard requirements. Translate business rules into technical specifications for SAC dashboards. Validate requirements and ensure alignment with organizational KPIs. Dashboard Design & Documentation Prepare Dashboard Design Documents (DDD) including layout navigation flow KPIs filters drill-downs and visualizations. Document data source mapping connections and transformation logic. Define security and access matrix for dashboards (roles authorizations restrictions). Maintain wireframes or mockups to provide a preview of the dashboard design. Technical Specification Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) for developers covering data models calculations measures and SAC features to be used. Document integration points with BW HANA or other data sources. Ensure performance optimization guidelines are included. Review & Governance Review all dashboard documents for accuracy completeness and compliance with standards. Conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders and secure approvals. Maintain version control of documents and dashboards. Delivery & UAT Support Provide documentation to support UAT test cases and validation steps. Capture business feedback and update dashboard documents accordingly. Ensure sign-off on final dashboard design and documentation. Knowledge Transfer & Training Prepare user guides and reference manuals for dashboards. Conduct training sessions or walkthroughs with end-users. Ensure all documents are stored in the central repository (e.g. SharePoint Confluence).
