Job Description:
Do you excel at details make confident decisions and enjoy creating a smooth closing experience Our client is looking for a Residential Escrow Officer/Closer to oversee real estate closings from beginning to this role youll review contracts ensure compliance and guide clients through the closing process while providing outstanding service in a collaborative fast-paced team environment. Were a growing title insurance company with deep local roots expanding across multiple states with a strong national presence.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate residential real estate closings with accuracy and professionalism
- Review prepare and finalize closing documents
- Ensure files are executed recorded and compliant in a timely manner
- Confirm title clearance and verify financial obligations
- Calculate transaction costs including taxes and insurance
- Manage escrow funds and handle disbursements
- Maintain and update records in SoftPro
- Partner with fellow Escrow Officers/Closers to support team success
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of escrow or real estate closing experience
- Title insurance background preferred
- Familiarity with SoftPro is a plus
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
- Flexibility to travel to other offices for closings when needed
