About the Role
Grupo La Familia is a hospitality group behind Cascada Marbella and a new restaurant opening in Puerto Banús in summer 2026.
We are looking for a Marketing Sales & Events Assistant to work closely with senior management on two ambitious projects:
- A busy restaurant with prestigious ambitions including entering the Michelin Guide in 2026
- The launch of an new 80-cover restaurant in one of the most competitive areas of Puerto Banús
This is a hands-on demanding role in a fast-moving environment designed for someone who enjoys responsibility pressure and building things properly.
Tasks

- Taking ownership not just executing tasks

Marketing
Marketing is an investment. The goal is measurable impact and revenue.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate income
- Turn ideas into concrete well-executed actions
- Think in terms of ROI conversion and efficiency
- Coordinate content creation (design photo video post-production)
- Build strong relationships with partners suppliers and collaborators
- Move fast while maintaining quality and structure
Sales
Sales is about representation and consistency.
- Represent the company professionally to B2B and B2C clients
- Actively support business development and partnerships
- Align daily actions with clear objectives and long-term vision
- Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships
- Follow up properly and contribute to closing opportunities
Events
Events are a key revenue driver and must be executed with excellence.
- Plan and support the execution of weddings private and corporate events
- Coordinate teams suppliers and clients smoothly
- Anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently
- Protect both guest experience and financial performance
- Deliver events that encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality mandatory
- Fluent English and Spanish spoken and written non-negotiable
- Highly organised able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Fast-thinking creative profiles are welcome but organisation and structure are non-negotiable.
- Creative hands-on skills: graphic design photo video editing content creation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
Able to adapt communicate clearly and interact confidently with all types of people - Strong team player
You will join a well-established team built over several years; collaboration respect and reliability are key - Good judgment common sense and a proactive mindset
