About the role:

As a Working Student Marketing you will support our marketing team by creating and editing engaging videos and leveraging your social media expertise to enhance our thought leadership content.

Areas of ownership:

Assist in the planning and execution of events by helping manage venue logistics promotional materials and on-site setup to ensure a seamless attendee experience and strong brand representation.
Support the post-event follow-up process and contribute to event ROI reporting by tracking attendee engagement and pipeline influence metrics.
Collaborate with the social media and content teams to ensure events are promoted across external channels.

Who you are:

Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or related field.
Able to work from the Berlin office 2 times a week and can join us for at least 8 months.
Experience working in Marketing in a fast-paced start-up.
Proven experience in video editing and animation.
Excellent Communication in English and German.

Nice to have:

Experience in handling merchandise and supporting events.
