Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support for MS Windows 10/11 environments
- User account management via Active Directory (create modify disable users)
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
- Set up configure and deploy new workstations laptops and peripherals
- Perform local IT asset management (inventory tracking replacements)
- Coordinate and work closely with the Global IT team
- Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures and security standards
Mandatory Requirements:
- German speaker
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance and strong on-site presence
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Munich
Technical Skills:
- Basic to intermediate experience with Windows 10/11 support
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Experience in hardware setup imaging and user support
- Previous experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment is a plus
