Tasks
- You provide first- and second-level IT support for internal users and ensure fast and professional issue resolution.
- You ensure stable and reliable daily IT operations across the organization.
- You install configure and maintain hardware and software systems.
- You support and administer Microsoft 365 environments for end users.
- You assist with network administration preferably using UniFi technologies.
- You support Windows-based server and system administration tasks.
- You analyze and resolve technical incidents and act as an interface between first- and second-level support.
- You actively contribute to the optimization and documentation of IT processes and workflows.
Requirements
- You have completed an education or training in IT or possess a comparable technical qualification.
- You have practical experience in IT support and system administration.
- You have solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- You bring basic to intermediate knowledge of network administration ideally with UniFi.
- You have experience working with Windows operating systems and server environments.
- You have very good English language skills at C1 level which are required for this position.
- You have additional language skills in German which are considered an advantage.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on solution-oriented mindset.
- You enjoy working in a team and have a service-oriented and reliable working style.
- You are flexible and open to occasional business travel.
