The Travel & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for company personnel including scheduling air and ground transportation and lodging. This role ensures accuracy and compliance with company policies while delivering a positive traveler experience through clear communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include coordinating complex itineraries maintaining accurate records and partnering with vendors to secure accommodations and services.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements including airfare lodging rental cars and rideshare for managers in training crew support and deployments
- Validate traveler information and ensure compliance with company travel policies and timelines
- Maintain accurate travel records and trackers; reconcile expenses and report discrepancies
- Communicate itineraries and updates clearly to travelers and stakeholders using standardized templates
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize traveler experience
- Provide limited after-hours support during peak travel periods
Qualifications :
- Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint with ability to learn new travel platforms quickly
- Able to work non-standard hours and weekends as required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to eliminate obstacles and provide conflict resolution
- Integrity to maintain confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in travel coordination logistics or operations
- Bachelors degree
