Pay Package Position Overview NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting in Utica NY. This role is ideal for clinicians with strong assessment skills and prior LTC experience.
Unit Details Responsibilities -
Evaluate and treat residents with speech language voice and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements

Utilize EMR systems for accurate recordkeeping
Requirements -
Graduate of an ASHA-accredited Speech Language Pathology program

Active New York State SLP License
-
CCC-SLP from ASHA (or eligibility)

Prior Long-Term Care experience required

Knowledge of PDPM reimbursement system

Proficiency with Epic EMR and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
