Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support internal counsel by preparing initial drafts of physician agreements using approved templates and reviewing for policy compliance
  • Draft review and manage routine contracts such as confidentiality transfer and educational affiliation agreements
  • Manage contracts within the contract database including opening matters circulating agreements for signature and tracking renewals
  • Process legal service requests through the electronic contract management system and maintain legal department files
  • Develop and maintain dashboards or tracking tools to monitor contract and legal request status
  • Prepare routine legal filings and update litigation tracking spreadsheets as requested

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with electronic document management systems
  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders including Legal HR and executive leadership
