Summary:
-
Perform FPGA development on R&D programs
-
Develop test and integrate high-speed digital designs high-speed communications and System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions on FPGA platforms
-
Design and implement solutions using Xilinx UltraScale FPGAs and the Xilinx Vivado tool suite
-
Develop and maintain VHDL-based designs (Verilog/SystemVerilog a plus)
-
Contribute to automation and script development to improve FPGA development and ground test equipment for space missions
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with Test Integration Software Systems Architecture and Digital Circuit Design teams
-
Support design simulation verification integration and test of complex high-speed systems
-
Apply high-speed networking concepts to advanced product development
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field
-
FPGA development experience on R&D programs
-
Experience with high-speed digital design and communication systems
-
Experience implementing SoC designs on FPGA platforms
-
Hands-on experience with Xilinx UltraScale FPGAs
-
Proficiency with Xilinx Vivado
-
Fluency in VHDL
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Verilog or SystemVerilog
-
SpaceWire knowledge or experience
-
Experience with Python
-
Automation and scripting to enhance FPGA development workflows
