Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Oversee end-to-end master data creation maintenance and validation for P2P EEM and GL processes.
Ensure data accuracy compliance and adherence to global governance and internal control standards.
Conduct regular data quality reviews and drive corrective/preventive actions to improve data integrity.
Serve asSMEfor master data processes and support system enhancements testing and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Finance Procurement HR IT and Control Tower teams to ensure seamless data operations.
Manage escalations communicate performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
8 years of relevant experience in master data management within a Shared Service Center or global operations environment.
Strong knowledge of P2P EEM and GL processes and their master data dependencies.
Hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday or similar ERP platforms.
Proven experience leading a small team and working in a cross-functional multicultural environment.
