About the role:
The Rental Sales WSS role is responsible for identify and developing new rental opportunities expand market presence and drive long term rental contracts within the assigned segment and region. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships developing strategic partnerships and support the sales/service teams in delivering tailored rental solutions.
This position is open to candidates located in Perth Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane!
Key responsibilities:
- Identify target and secure new rental opportunities
- Build maintain and grow strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs
- Lead commercial negotiations prepare proposals close deals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience:
- Commercial acumen with financial and pricing understanding
- Strong B2B sales and business development capability in pumping and or rental sales
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with market analysis skills
- Demonstrated experience in business development sales or account management within
similar industries
