Position: Maintenance Technician
Location:West Lafayette OH
Compensation: $20$24/hr bonuses on-call stipend
Schedule: MondayFriday 8AM4PM on-call rotation

Were looking for dependable hands-on Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. Youll play a key role in ensuring our affordable housing communities are safe functional and ready for new residents.

What Youll Do:

Respond to work orders and resident repair requests
Turn vacant units quickly and with high quality
Handle general maintenance across HVAC plumbing and electrical
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
Keep accurate logs using mobile tools like Yardi Breeze Premier
