Senior Finance Manager Nonprofit
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid near Peachtree area)
Reports to: Executive Director
Requirements: CPA or Masters preferred

What Youll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities including budgeting forecasting and reporting
- Implement and maintain financial policies procedures and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with GAAP tax regulations and nonprofit reporting standards
- Coordinate annual audits and assist with implementing recommendations
- Prepare cash flow projections and support financial forecasting
- Supervise and develop accounting staff fostering a collaborative and mission-driven culture
- Maintain and optimize financial systems and technology (Sage Intacct experience preferred)
- Present financial insights to leadership and support board reporting
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Masters or CPA strongly preferred)
- 57 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP fund accounting and nonprofit compliance
- Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey financial information clearly
- Prior experience in nonprofit or faith-based organizations a plus
