This is a remote position.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual International Case Manager to join our team. This role requires strong written and spoken English fluency in a second language and at least two (2) years of personal injury experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented client-focused and comfortable managing complex personal injury cases involving international clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and a second language
Coordinate medical treatment records and billing
Maintain regular client contact and provide case updates
Prepare and organize demand packages and case documentation
Work closely with attorneys medical providers and third parties
Ensure all case files are accurate up to date and compliant with firm procedures

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of personal injury case management experience

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
