Overview
We are searching for an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic commercial team within a fast-paced rail civils and buildings asset management framework (CP7). This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your career while managing significant projects and maintenance responsibilities across the North West & Central regional rail network.
Business Unit
Our company excels in a busy rail civils & buildings asset maintenance and management environment emphasising reactive planned and preventative maintenance projects. With regional offices in Warrington and Tamworth our Asset Management framework is dedicated to the ongoing maintenance and repair of rail assets under a long-term contract for CP7. Projects can range from bridge and tunnel repairs to management of flood and weather-related damages.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be integral to the regional framework delivery team focusing on rail infrastructure asset maintenance including buildings and civil engineering maintenance remits while also offering support across various projects within the North West & Central region.
