Director of Finance and Accounting Emerging Diversified Omaha Construction Business

This role offers a seat at the table with the founder and meaningful influence across the whole operation. Youll be trusted as a strategic thought partner while also staying close enough to the day-to-day to ensure the foundation continues to scale the right way.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the founder providing financial insight and decision support across the business
Advise on new business formation capital allocation equipment purchases vs. leasing marketing investments and other high-impact operational decisions
Oversee and develop a small but critical team spanning Accounting HR and IT
Strengthen and scale financial reporting forecasting and job costing to support continued growth
Bring structure discipline and forward-thinking financial leadership as the company expands into new opportunities
