Job Summary
ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable DutiesGenerate and send customer invoices promptly and and apply customer payments (checks ACH credit card etc.) in the accounting outstanding balances and follow up on overdue with month-end closing tasks related to A/ complete and accurate customer account customer support regarding billing questions or Entry & System ManagementEnter all product receiving and inventory information into company accuracy and consistency of digital with reporting and audits as (EnglishSpanish) written and verbal communication.13 years of experience in accounts receivable receiving or related administrative/clerical data entry skills with high in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and familiarity with ERP or accounting organizational skills and attention to communication and problem-solving to work independently and in a team QualificationsExperience in manufacturing distribution or warehouse of inventory systems or supply chain with QuickBooks NetSuite SAP or similar software (if applicable).
