Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to support manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently operating laser cutting equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with prior laser machine experience who can work in a fast-paced team-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Operate laser cutting machines according to work orders and production schedules.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts using forklifts or overhead cranes as required.
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
Inspect parts for accuracy quality and conformance to specifications.
Perform basic machine maintenance and routine equipment checks.
Accurately complete production documentation and follow all work instructions.
Maintain a clean organized and safety-focused work area.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and shift transitions.

Qualifications

Previous laser operator or CNC laser experience required.
Experience with fiber laser systems preferred.
Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow work orders blueprints or production instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
Safety-conscious dependable and team-oriented.
