Our new Director Of Operations will:
- Provide regional leadership and operational oversight to multiple Villages ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor performance metrics (occupancy financial results) to drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop General Managers in finance people leadership clinical operations and sales.
- Ensure compliance with RHRA MLTC and all sector regulations.
- Foster a people-focused culture that supports talent development and embodies organizational values.
- Lead budgeting and strategic planning to support financial sustainability.
- Partner with teams to drive occupancy and promote lifestyle services across retirement and long-term care.
- Support labour relations and HR processes including hiring training grievances and retention.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sector partners to achieve shared goals.

Education and Experience Requirement:
- Post-secondary degree from a program that is a minimum of three (3) years in duration or post-secondary diploma in health or social services from a program that is a minimum of two (2) years in duration
- Have at least three (3) years of leadership experience in the health or social services sector or if in another sector has completed a program in long-term care home administration considered an asset.
