As we continue our international expansion we are seeking a Head of Online Revenue (Self-Serve) to join our leadership team. This is a critical high-impact role with direct P&L accountability for our self-serve revenue (ARR) and for accelerating the qualified lead pipeline from all online channels.
This position requires a highly analytical leader with a robust background in B2B SaaS and/or e-commerce and a deep practical understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) models. You will partner cross-functionally with product sales marketing customer experience and engineering to achieve ambitious targets in multiple international markets.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Be directly accountable for the entire self-serve revenue generated worldwide.
Define build and optimize the growth and revenue roadmap priorities to guide the Product Team and maximize business return.
Develop and execute integrated strategies to acquire new users maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV) and reduce churn in collaboration with the Product team.
Build and maintain robust revenue models to track performance forecast growth and inform strategic investment decisions.
Select implement and manage the business tech stack essential to scaling self-serve revenue and online growth activities.
Aggressively scale online acquisition across all channels including SEO GEO and paid acquisition.
Systematically maximize conversion rates for self-serve users at every step of the funnel.
Optimize and automate the lead capture funnels for B2B clients on our website and within the application.
Oversee the overall CRM strategy and system within the company.
Design and implement CRM automation journeys across the customer lifecycle to boost conversion activation retention and monetization working closely with Marketing Sales and Customer Success.
Be a catalyst of our Product-Led Growth motions partnering closely with the Product and Marketing teams.
Collaborate strategically with Sales and Customer Experience to guarantee a seamless high-quality end-to-end customer journey.
