As Head of Online Revenue (Self-Serve) you own the end-to-end self-serve P&L. You lead a business line not a headcount orchestrating experts across Product SEO CRM Paid Acquisition Data and CX to turn self-serve into a predictable scalable revenue channel worldwide.

Scale Online Growth
Own acquisition performance across all digital channels (SEO paid partnerships experiments)
Drive traffic and demand on and related touchpoints
Optimize Conversion & Revenue
Maximize conversion across the full self-serve funnel
Improve lead capture activation ARPU LTV and retention
Partner with Product on pricing packaging and in-product growth levers
Own the Numbers
Full accountability for self-serve revenue and forecasts
Build dashboards models and insights to drive decisions and prioritize experiments
Lifecycle & CRM Automation
Design and scale lifecycle strategies from acquisition to monetization
Align Marketing Sales and Customer Success around growth objectives
Cross-Functional Leadership
Influence Product Marketing Sales CX and Engineering without direct authority
Manage external partners to maximize ROI
