Job Summary

Pay: $14.00
Hours: 2:15 PM to 6:00 PM

AlphaBEST Education offers extended-day summer and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant youll help shape meaningful after-school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.
Were looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed
In this role you will:
- Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must pass a Background Screening and Central Registry check
